Public Safety

Decided to walk from YorkU to finch station a few days ago with Sam. We ended up visiting places that we never would. Like bad boys (nooooooobody comes here) and this place called TOYS which sold "loot". While we were walking we noticed this thing.
It was kind of windy that day and whenever the wind would pick up that piece of the traffic light would jut out like that. I'm pretty sure that's not the safest thing in the world.
